Shipping policy

We strive to provide you with a seamless shipping experience. Once your order is received, our distribution team will process it within 24 hours ( this may vary weekends , public holidays and when running promotions )

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.00 NZD and a fixed fee of $5.00 on all other orders .

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. For any concerns regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, please contact NZ Post with your tracking information . We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by weather or events out of our control . Eunoia Beauty does not accept responsibility if your parcel goes missing after delivery . 

Please allow extra time for rural deliveries .

If  unfortunately there is an error with your order please contact info@eunoiabeauty.com immediately , we will give you return details and issue the correct order .
