Shipping policy

At Eunoia Beauty, we strive to provide you with a seamless shipping experience. Once your order is received, our distribution team will process it within 24 hours. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. For any concerns regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, please contact Courier Post (NZ), NZ Post (rural NZ), or DHL (overseas) and provide your tracking number.

For our New Zealand customers, we offer free shipping on all orders. The estimated transit time for the South Island is overnight from Monday to Friday after dispatch, while the North Island is 2 to 3 working days. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries. All orders will be sent via CourierPost tracked service.

For our Australian customers, we offer free shipping on orders over $80, and a flat rate of $20 applies to orders under $80. Orders take 24 hours to process (Monday – Friday), and between 1-3 working days to deliver. All orders will be sent via DHL Express tracked service. To order from our Australian website (if living in Australia), please visit for preferential shipping rates.

For international orders, we offer free shipping for orders over $200 to select countries in North America, Asia, and the Pacific, and free shipping for orders over $200 to select countries in the Middle East. Shipping will be auto-calculated at checkout based on region. The estimated transit time for international orders is between 1-4 working days, which is an estimate only and may be extended by factors beyond our control, such as Customs & Quarantine processing requirements and flight schedules.

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Eunoia Beauty. We strongly advise checking with your local customs agency regarding the taxes or duties likely to be charged before placing your order.
